Cool photo's. I don't know what your setup is but I take two types of pictures. Workbench photo's and display pictures. For the workbench pics I Have a mark drawn on my bench which I where I place the model I'm working on. I then rest my camera on the edge of my bench. This quick setup means I get consistent pictures every time. Their not as nice as proper display pics (taken in a light tent with three lamps) but they are good for documenting the various stages of a project.
I'm still learning how to get the most consitent pictures with my setup. If I can settle on a good 'formula' it'll save a load of time. I will eventually take some pictures of my setup and post on my blog... something else to add to my to-do list!

Hey Big Lee, thanks for your comment, photo's are a real struggle for me, but I am getting there.
